At Lumecoco, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love every purchase, and we're here to make the process as easy and stress-free as possible.

Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

How to Start a Return Simply send us an email at service@lumecoco.com before shipping anything back. Please include your order number and a brief description of the issue — our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps. We kindly ask that you contact us first so we can ensure a smooth return experience for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no return shipping required on our end.

Non-Returnable Items To maintain product quality, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been opened, used, or removed from original packaging
• Sale or clearance items (marked as final sale at time of purchase)

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are unable to guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
