How long will it take to receive my order?

About 7-30 days (this does not include any customs delays, weekends, holiday periods and any unforeseen circumstances.)The exact delivery day will be shown at checkout.

Processing time: 1-5 business days.(Processing Time is the time from receiving your order to physically dispatching your order. It can be affected by the stock status of individual items, national holidays, etc. Any problem we will contact you in advance, donโ€™t worry.)

Shipping time: 7-15 business days to US, please allow 3-4 weeks shipping to other country.(Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays.)

Where is my tracking?

Once your order ships, youโ€™ll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number.

I placed my order and need to change my address.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order, as we cannot guarantee that changes can be made once the order is placed.

If you notice a mistake, contact us ASAP at service@lumecoco.comโ€”weโ€™ll do our best to assist you! However, if your order has already shipped, we wonโ€™t be able to update the address.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we can reship it once we receive it back, but youโ€™ll need to cover the additional shipping costs.

Please note: We do not offer refunds for orders with incorrect addresses, so be sure to double-check before placing your order!
