EU Order Cancellation / Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers Only)

As a customer located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 10 business days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

How to Submit a Cancellation Request

Please send an email to service@lumecoco.com with the following information:

  • Your order email address
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to cancel/return

We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal request by email and process your refund within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned goods.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with original packaging
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

Exceptions

Please note that the right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:

  • Personalized or custom-made items (e.g. custom nail sets or special orders)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale/special offer items
